NOTE: Google released an update to Google chrome November 17th 2020, this update is causing issues with the WebRTC connection to the agent computer. To resolve this issue please turn off Google Chrome auto update, uninstall Google Chrome 87.0. and download and install version 86.0.4240.75.

Qubicles Web Phone is currently supported on the following browsers:
• Google Chrome v28+
• Mozilla Firefox v25.0.1+
• Opera v37+
Before you begin you will have to activate Qubicles Web Phone by following the instructions below.
1. Log into Qubicles Manager
a. In the Launch Pad select the Stations icon.
b. To create a new Station, click 'New Station'
i. Specify the station extension, Full Name, Caller ID, Password (Secret)
ii. Set 'Use WebRTC Phone' to YES
iii. Set 'WebRTC Auto Answer' to YES
iv. Specify your desired voicemail PIN and email
v. Click Save
To change an existing station to be used as a web phone select the Station you wish to enable the Web Phone then select the Edit button.
c. Under the Registration Server Settings locate the Use WebRTC Phone:
i. Click the drop down menu and select Yes.
ii. Click the Save button to accept your changes.
d. Qubicles Web Phone is now activated.
With these settings in place, the Qubicles Web phone will be part of the agent interface when logged into Qubicles Agent.
